De-matting* |
| In the event of dematting (ie clipped down to the skin) the customer should be aware that irritation may occur from shaving due to the matts being tight to the skin. The owner agrees that Pretty Paws will not be held liable for any after grooming affects of dematting on a neglected coat. The owner agrees to pay all costs of grooming including the extra charge of dematting due to the extra time of being taken to groom their animal even if the groomer is unable to complete the entire treatment. | |

De-shedding (for moulting breeds) |
| For moulting breeds – dogs shed hair every day – you see it on the carpet, the couch and all over your clothes. De-shedding reduces shedding on breeds that moult throughout the year. First your dog will be brushed thoroughly then taken for a bath were they will be shampooed and conditioned. Once bathed they are blast dried which removes excess water and loose hair. Your dog is then blow dried and brushed down once again. Ears are cleaned and nails clipped also doggy glitter or ribbons if required. | |

Doggy Hair Dyes |
| Dog hair dye is a hot trend in pet grooming and continues to grow in popularity – we use specialist dyes that are approved for use on your pet. We have lots of colours in stock to dye your doggies fur coat. Please call us for more details. | |

Smooth Coated Groom |
| Full grooms for smooth coated dogs, ie. Boxers, rottweillers, Bullmastif, include shampoo and condition, de-shedding, nail clippling, ears cleaned, pads trimmed plus perfume and glitter if required. |
PUPPY VISITS

Your puppy or kitten is more than welcome to pay us a visit before their first groom. He or she will find the first groom much more enjoyable if they have a good sniff around the salon and make friends with the staff first. You can also have a look around the salon to check your pup is in safe hands. This is free of charge and welcomed without appointment. |
